At MTR Superstore, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
MTR Brand Products
MTR products are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction and Replacement Policy. If you are not satisfied with your MTR product, or if it arrives defective or has a qualifying issue within 30 days of delivery, please contact us so we can review the issue and help arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
All Other Products
All non-MTR products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page or in the product description.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must generally:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos and order information to help process the claim quickly.

Return Shipping
