30 Day Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Products

If an order you placed contains an error, or you receive defective or damaged merchandise, call 1-800-693-0032 to start the return process.

 

All special ordered items, private labeled items, or products that have been opened and can no longer be sold as new, will not be credited. These items are deemed non returnable and all cost associated will be charged to the purchaser.


Incorrect Orders and Returned Items

All items returned for credit will be paid back through the same method paid. All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If we made a mistake or sent you a defective or damaged product, the restocking fee will be waived. Items in inventory stock can be returned by sender within 30 days of receiving product.


Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Process

Once you call 1-800-693-0032, you will receive an RMA # for eligible items to be returned.


Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and include the following on a piece of paper inside:

  • Med-Tech Resource invoice

  • A brief explanation for returning the goods

  • Copy of invoice enclosed in the box
